These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "User", "you") and JayaKaya ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting website accessible at jayakaya.cam. By accessing, registering on, or making use of any service offered through the JayaKaya platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any provision contained in this Agreement, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform. JayaKaya reserves the right to refuse service to any individual who does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in these Terms or who breaches any clause herein.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Platform" refers to the JayaKaya website, mobile interface, and all associated services accessible at jayakaya.cam.
• "Member" / "User" refers to any individual who has successfully registered an account on the Platform.
• "Account" refers to the individual user account created upon successful registration, through which the Member accesses Platform services.
• "Wallet Balance" refers to the sum of real-money funds held in a Member's account, excluding any bonus funds unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any credit awarded by JayaKaya as part of a promotional offer, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" / "Rollover" refers to the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before the resulting winnings can be withdrawn.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity verification process required by JayaKaya to validate a Member's identity and age.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" refers to any country or territory from which access to the Platform is legally restricted or prohibited.

To register and maintain an account on JayaKaya, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. JayaKaya strictly prohibits participation by minors.
• You are acting as a private individual in your personal capacity and not on behalf of any business entity or third party.
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gaming and sports betting activities under the laws and regulations applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
• You do not reside in a jurisdiction where accessing, registering on, or transacting with an online gambling platform is expressly prohibited.
• You have not previously been excluded from the Platform or had an account terminated due to a breach of these Terms.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or agent of JayaKaya, nor are you a close family member of any such person.
• You have provided accurate, truthful, and complete information during the registration process.

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on JayaKaya. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by any single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts. Any pending withdrawals or wallet balances in duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

Upon registration, Members are required to submit accurate personal information including, but not limited to, full legal name, date of birth, Malaysian identity card number (MyKad) or passport number, residential address, and contact details. JayaKaya reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify any information provided.

Your JayaKaya account is personal to you and must not be shared with, transferred to, or used by any other person. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password.

• You agree to notify JayaKaya immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account.
• JayaKaya shall not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access where the Member has failed to take reasonable precautions to protect their login credentials.
• You must not use your JayaKaya account to facilitate money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• All gameplay on the Platform must be conducted by the registered account holder personally. The use of proxy or third-party gaming services is prohibited.
• JayaKaya recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) to enhance account security.

JayaKaya supports a range of Malaysian payment methods including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow QR, FPX, and bank transfers via Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Bank, as well as cryptocurrency options including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), and Tether (USDT). Available payment methods are subject to change and are displayed in the Cashier section of the Platform.

JayaKaya offers various promotional bonuses to both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that will be communicated at the point of promotion, and are in addition to the general rules contained herein.

• Bonuses are awarded at JayaKaya's sole discretion and may be withdrawn, modified, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.
• Each Member is entitled to claim a stated bonus once unless otherwise specified. Repeated or systematic exploitation of the same promotion constitutes bonus abuse.
• Wagering requirements (also referred to as "rollover") must be satisfied in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Typical rollover requirements range from 10x to 20x the bonus amount.
• A maximum bet limit applies when playing with active bonus funds — typically capped between MYR 250 and MYR 500 per spin or round. Exceeding this limit may void the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games generally contribute 100%; table games such as baccarat, blackjack, and roulette typically contribute between 10% and 20%.
• Bonuses are subject to expiry windows — commonly 7, 14, or 30 days from the date of award. Uncompleted wagering requirements after the expiry date will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• JayaKaya reserves the right to void any bonus and reclaim associated winnings if it reasonably suspects that a Member is engaged in bonus abuse, collusion, or any other prohibited activity.

All gaming and betting activities on the JayaKaya platform are governed by the rules of the specific game or market, which are displayed within the relevant game interface or sportsbook section. The following general rules apply across all verticals:

• All bets are final once confirmed. JayaKaya does not accept requests to cancel or reverse a settled wager except in cases where a manifest error has occurred on the Platform's side.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and per market. These limits are displayed at the point of wagering and may vary across standard play and promotional periods.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round or live event, JayaKaya reserves the right to void all bets placed during the affected period and to return stakes to the Member's wallet.
• Live casino games are streamed in real time and are subject to the rules of the applicable studio provider. In the event of a streaming interruption, open bets will be handled in accordance with the provider's documented procedures.
• Sports betting markets — including EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, Champions League, and UFC — are settled based on official results as confirmed by the relevant governing body. JayaKaya's sports odds are indicative and subject to change up to the commencement of an event.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the JayaKaya platform. Engaging in any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and/or referral to the relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person in doing so, for the purpose of exploiting sign-up bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
• Using automated software, bots, algorithms, artificial intelligence tools, or any other technological means to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Engaging in collusion with other players, including coordinated betting strategies designed to exploit a game's mechanics or exploit promotional terms.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraudulent chargebacks, or the use of stolen, cloned, or third-party payment instruments.
• Attempting to access the Platform from a jurisdiction where such access is legally prohibited, including through the use of VPNs, proxies, or other circumvention technologies.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing JayaKaya staff or other members through any communication channel including live chat, email, or social media.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, KYC, or any subsequent verification process.

JayaKaya is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and providing all members with the tools necessary to manage their play. We strongly encourage Members to view gambling solely as a form of entertainment and never as a means of generating income.

The Platform provides the following responsible gambling tools, accessible at any time via your account settings or by contacting our support team:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control your spending.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications when you have been playing for an extended period.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account and request to be excluded from the Platform.

All content on the JayaKaya platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, software, and the overall "look and feel" of the Platform — is the intellectual property of JayaKaya or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and related laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit: (a) reproduction, redistribution, or republication of any Platform content without express written consent; (b) modification or creation of derivative works; (c) commercial exploitation of any part of the Platform or its content.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, JayaKaya, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data, revenue, profits, or goodwill resulting from Platform downtime, technical errors, or system maintenance.
• Losses arising from third-party payment processing delays, failures, or errors.
• Losses attributable to unauthorised account access where the Member failed to adequately safeguard their credentials.
• Any disruption to gameplay caused by events beyond JayaKaya's reasonable control, including internet service failures, force majeure events, or regulatory changes.

JayaKaya's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the net deposits made by that Member in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

JayaKaya reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a Member's account at any time, with or without prior notice, under the following circumstances:

• The Member has breached any provision of these Terms.
• JayaKaya has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful activity involving the account.
• The Member has provided false information during registration or the KYC process.
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance requirements necessitate the closure of the account.
• The Member has requested voluntary self-exclusion or account closure.

Where an account is closed by JayaKaya due to a breach of these Terms, any wallet balance may be forfeited pending investigation. Where an account is closed at the Member's request (and no breach has occurred), any verified wallet balance will be returned to the Member via the most recent verified payment method on file.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the JayaKaya platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation.

Members who wish to raise a formal complaint should contact JayaKaya's support team via live chat or email at [email protected] with a clear description of the issue, the relevant account details, and any supporting evidence. JayaKaya aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within 24 hours and to provide a substantive response within 5 business days.

JayaKaya reserves the right to revise, update, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. When material changes are made, we will update the "Effective Date" and "Last Reviewed" notices at the top of this document. Where practicable, we will endeavour to notify Members of significant changes via in-platform notification or email.

Your continued access to and use of the JayaKaya platform after any amendments to these Terms have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 13 of this Agreement.
